You don’t even need a skipping rope just a smile and some comfortable clothes and the urge to want to feel alive!!!

100 regular skips
30 squat jax
100 high knee skips
20 burpees
100 regular skips
50 side 2 side ski jumps (over skip rope if you have one)
100 regular skips
50 plyometruc lunges
100 high knee skips
20 alternating plank crawls
100 regular skips
50 butterfly sit ups
Repeat or stretch

You can modify by peforming half the reps and modifying with lower impact moves if required. Keep back straight, abs connected a d ensure you stay light on the feet and have FUN!!!!
