I moved down from Darin to the Gold Coast around 5 months ago and since training with Get Raw I gained results I thought were not possible. As I am only on the Gold Coast / Mines at work – week on, week off, I have gone from a casual bike rider who hated running to completing two 10km fun runs and I have also dropped 10kg!!

Simone has been so flexible allowing me to train when I’m home on a casual basis that fits into my lifestyle. “Absolutely hands down the best Bootcamp on the Gold Coast, Simmi and the trainers are out of this world. So professional, motivating and encouraging. The ladies are so friendly and I instantly felt welcomed.

I started in December, after not exercising for 3 months due to nursing my hubby back to health after a severe illness, I was very unfit and definitely not a runner at all.

In the 3 months my fitness levels has increased, I am running and sprinting, I have lost weight and gained muscle tone and the best thing is I just feel amazing and I actually look forward to waking up and going to Bootcamp and I’m doing extra runs and walks on the weekend which I never thought I would be doing!
