✖TURMERIC ~ ANTI-INFLAMMATORY smoothie RECIPE
It is common that people like yourself may suffer from certain from food intolerances and I know myself ifI consume the wrong foods I can be in pain for days!
If you are wanting to get more turmeric in your diet like myself which is a fantastic anti inflammatory amongst many other health benefits then why not give this smoothie a go!
I played around with recent Lola Berry Turmeric smoothie and created my own protein version here to make a fantastic post workout Healthy Simmi liquid breakky!! OMG it is so delicious!!
✖TURMERIC ~ ANTI-INFLAMATORY SMOOTHIE✖
✖3/4 cup frozen mango chunks or 1 small frozen banana
✖1 scoop vanilla protein powder
✖1/2-1 cup almond or your preferred milk
✖1 serve Udos oil
✖1 thin piece of fresh turmeric approx 3cms washed or peeled (or alternatively you can use 1 serve dry turmeric but I used fresh!!)
✖1/2-1 cup ice cubes
✖1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal to top!
